Hi. I’m Dannie Lane.

I make photographs, write about photographs, create websites, and curate playlists.
In spring 2022, I graduated magna cum laude from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, receiving a high honors B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature with a minor in Studio Art. As a student, I was the lead photographer for Kenyon’s Instagram and the lead darkroom and lighting studio manager of Horvitz Hall’s photography wing. After graduating, I worked for Kenyon’s Office of Communications as a Communications Associate managing the office’s accounting, Kenyon’s photography collection, and working as an assistant managing editor for the Kenyon Alumni Magazine.
